Loved your visual tour of Hong Kong — such a dynamic mix of tradition and modernity! While most visitors focus on food and culture (rightly so!), it’s fascinating that Hong Kong is also growing as a center for high-tech industries. The demand for clean room facilities in Hong Kong is rising, especially in biotech and precision manufacturing, reflecting the city's expanding role in global innovation. Great read with stunning photos!

Really nice summary of Hong Kong Gareth! I went here recently with my partner (she was born in HK), and we had a fantastic time. Shame about Lantau Island being so misty, I know the cable car ride might not have been as scenic as you hoped, but nonetheless is a memorable experience! Having only visited the Victoria Peak during the day, seeing your night photo really makes me want to go back in the PM, it's so gorgeous!!! Look forward to more of your content :)

Incredible! I'd never really thought to visit Hong Kong (the area isn't high on our list), but I think your pictures might have convinced us otherwise. Lantau Island is breathtaking. Climbing up those steps, seeing the statue peek through the mist... Even on such a rainy day, I can imagine it was a sight to behold. The light and sound show also looks stunning; I love all the colors in these photos, a stark contrast to the drab thoughts I had in my mind when I thought of HK. If it's seriously like NYC, we'll definitely have to go someday! :)

Thanks for putting this together! P.S. Those "geoducks" look downright terrifying. Run away!

As usual great write up and pics guys. I’ve visited Hong Kong many times now and recognise all the places you have been. Don’t remember the weather being quite as bad when I last visited Lantau Island - but when it rains in Asia it rains hard! The view from peak (and the house prices) always amazes me every time.

Love your adventure to Hong Kong. Your photos and video are amazing! I've also been to Hong Kong and its great to read about the places I have been and to experience the places you have seen. On my next visit I must see Lantau Island and Victoria Peak at night. Hong Kong is such a crazy adventure day and night especially the side streets of Mong Kok. Thats where one see lots of unusual things. :-) I especially love your night photos. Great job! Thanks for sharing!

Incredible stuff as always. I'd go just for that view from Sky Terrace 428, I'm a sucker for a good skyline. The city also looks incredible lit up at night, definitely worth a second trip up Victoria Peak. I always like the shots of the endless high rise windows and think I'd get a real kick out of taking photos around Hong Kong. Plus the temples look great, despite the weather you had. Thanks for sharing.
