In reply to Garry O'Connor. Oh good stuff! So from our experience you'll definitely have time in Niagara on the Lake for some breakfast. After the horn blower cruise we ordered a couple of cheese burgers with our beers as soon as we got off the boat. There is a 'strip' with eateries but we skipped that so we had time to visit the Skylon Tower. Hope that helps! enjoy your trip.

Fabulous review and information. We will be visiting the falls in September and looks like we will follow your lead . What are the food choices in the area as we will need lunch at some point. Is it a case of grab and go whenever you can ?

In reply to Agness of aTukTuk. The best time is really Summer - June to September, it's peak season, so it will be busy and hot, but the mist will cool you down.

How incredible you managed to pack all of that into one day! I am loving the video guys! And the photography is so amazingly good! I must admit, it made me feel a bit cold seeing you getting splashed in the falls rocking your red “bin bags” haha! And now that you mentioned there is wine, I will definitely be considering going there myself!

The first word that comes to mind is Fantastic! What a fun day – and jam-packed. I’m thinking we’d like to spend a few days in Niagara on the Lake, partly because it seems so charming! We can just imagine a leisurely morning at the Prince of Wales Hotel – we love those quaint yet historical places. That zip line is really calling to me, too! (Ann…not so much.) Awesome post, gents. You’ve filled us with wanderlust yet again!

Incredible day trip and just amazing how much you guys managed to fit in a day! I really want to visit the Canadian side of the falls – the US side is great but nowhere near as beautiful. Maid of the Mist was amazing though. You guys have made me want to go back to explore asap!
